Living Hope Stories
Nick and Nicole
The feeling we got when we first attended Living Hope Church was one of warmth and welcome. We instantly felt at home. Everyone was so personable and they really seemed to care.
We have been attending now for almost a year and we love it.
Pastor Dave is awesome; he is a man after God’s heart.
His sermons are excellent. They are delivered in a way that is clear, concise and with much depth. We have yet to walk out the doors on a Sunday morning without feeling inspired in some way.
God is very much at work in our church. We feel very blessed to be a part of it.

What has our AWSOME GOD done for me? I never really grew up in a Christian home. We went to church on occasion. I always believed in him and never doubted what Jesus Christ did for us, however he was never number one in my life. It was always about me. My husband and I lived in California for 10 plus years and figured it was probably time to look for a church so our kids could get familiar with God. I grew up Methodist and my husband was Nazarene. But we couldn’t find a church that fit us after multiple attempts. My husband ended up getting laid off and after three months found a job here in Eugene. The next thing you know we’re being asked to come and visit Living Hope Church and now 4 years later we have just recently been baptized and on our way to becoming members! I strongly believe that God guided our path here. We have become much closer to the Lord at a time when we needed him most. As I share my story with you, our family is going through tremendous stress and change. The Holy Spirit has been guiding me in finding the resources to handle our situation now and in the future. Not only that but he has gently pushed me to open up our troubles to our church family and our bible study group. I have never felt so much love, support, and concern. I have also developed and continue to develop deep lasting friendships. Come in one Sunday morning and I guarantee you will be welcomed with smiles and a “Good Morning, How are you?” If you don’t return for a few weeks, that’s OK because when you do come back you will be welcomed again as if you never left!
